Asheville Bachelorette Party Itinerary
Day 1
Breakfast:
Check out one of Asheville’s delicious breakfast spots to start your day off right. We’d recommend Biscuit Head. The food is amazing and they have multiple locations so you can pick the one most convenient for you!
Walk around downtown
Next up, hit the town! Asheville has a lot of shops to offer and has a very walkable downtown area. If you’re into shopping, check out Grove Arcade. Kress Emporium is also a great option if you like craft and local artist shopping!
Asheville also has a farmer’s market year round on Market Street! If you choose to go in the winter the market will likely be smaller but would still be worth walking through.
Brewery
Following exploring downtown, pick a brewery for an afternoon brew and lunch! A few of our favorites in downtown include Wicked Weed Funkatorium, Wedge Brewing Company, Asheville Brewing Company, and Hi-Wire. Sierra Nevada is also a really cool brewery but it is farther outside of town.
Not all of these breweries include food but there are a lot of lunch options in downtown Asheville. We love Chai Panni, Packs Tavern, and Red Ginger Dimsum and Tapas.
If you’re looking for an afternoon snack after your drinks, check out Sunshine Sammies where you can make your own ice cream sandwiches. It’s really freaking delicious.
Dinner
For dinner on your first night, we’d recommend something a little more casual that way you have time to get ready for a night out! Plus eating at home or some where more casual is one of our biggest tips for keeping your trip thrifty.
Asheville Night Life
End your first day with a night on the town! It is super easy to bar hop in downtown Asheville. We’d recommend checking out the Dueling Piano Bar and Tiki Easy.
Day 2
Breakfast and Coffee
Start the day off with breakfast at your place! This will help you save money and time before your busy schedule. Then, head out to Double D’s Coffee for some coffee before you get to your first activity.
Make sure to take cash with you as Double D’s is cash only!
Tubing on the French Broad River
For the second day of your Asheville bachelorette party, check out the natural beauty of Asheville with a ride down the French Broad River!
No trip to Asheville is complete without the French Broad. Floating down the river is such a fun group activity and a great time to show off coordinated swimming outfits! We recommend renting tubes from Zen Tubing. They have everything you need including a place to store your keys.
They have two locations so you can choose which option is best for you. You can also rent a cooler float to keep all your drinks cold and within reach to keep the party going.
Packed Lunch
Pack a lunch to eat after getting out the river or take it with you in your cooler! There are places to stop along the river that are perfect for a mid float picnic. This will also help you save on your budget.
Candle Making Class
After your river float, take some time to chill at your lodging and get ready for the rest of your night!
Next up is a group class! We have found group classes to be super fun bachelorette activity and one that can really elevate your bride’s experience! There’s so many different classes to chose from in Asheville. Think group crafting, terrarium building, yoga, dancing, and more!
One that is highly reviewed and one we’d recommend is Hummingbird Co.’s candle making class. Enjoy a crafty night with the girls and bring your own drinks to get the party started!
Dinner
After finishing up your perfectly scented candle, pick a downtown restaurant for dinner! If you’re looking for something a bit fancier, make a reservation for Posana. Its rotating seasonal menu features locally sourced ingredients. It is on the pricier side but it’s delicious.
Chocolate Lounge
End your day at French Broad Chocolate Lounge where you can enjoy chocolates, beverages, and other desserts! They also have a small lounge area to sit and enjoy.
Day 3
Brunch: Sunny Point Cafe
On your last day, start your day off with a delicious brunch at Sunny Point Cafe. They have a super cute patio area and their own garden where they harvest much of their own produce!
Biltmore
One of the most visited attractions in Asheville is the Biltmore Estates. It is a pricier activity, but we thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Biltmore and exploring the grounds.
The grounds of the Biltmore are much larger than you think and have so many activities! Be sure to check out the activities going on during your time. And also take a stroll through the gardens!
After seeing the estate and the gardens, enjoy your complimentary wine tasting. There can sometimes be a line to get into the tasting room but we had a great time chatting with our wine attendant and selecting wines to try from a variety of options.
The Biltmore has a lot to offer so we’d recommend that this be the only activity on your itinerary for the day. We feel like to really enjoy the Biltmore, you have to spend at least a half a day there!
Dinner
End your evening and your Asheville bachelorette party with a take out or at home dinner. Grab a pizza from Asheville Brewing Company and enjoy a game night or chill evening in celebrating your bride.
Ways to Save on your Asheville Bachelorette Party
A lot of the activities in this itinerary can be pricy and add up quickly! Here are some ideas for how to make your Asheville bachelorette party itinerary more budget friendly.
- Plan to buy groceries and make more meals at home! We say this in all our blogs, but this tip has truly allowed us to stay on very strict budgets and still have a great time.
- Swap out some of the activities for DIY options or free activities like hiking or enjoying more of the natural beauty Asheville has to offer. Candle making materials can be inexpensive when split between a few people!
- Check out the Biltmore’s special offers to see if any apply to your group. Definitely plan to purchase tickets online and get a small discount!
